Lacey Cruse leads the Women's March Battle Cry!

Last year, I missed this event. I'm terrible at keeping up with events but I'm getting better!

This year I was able to go and listen to some very amazing women and what they had to say. I was surprised to see people that I hadn't seen in a long time and at the same time, happy they showed up too!

Why we showed up: The Catalyst

Unfortunately, we all pretty much know why the Women's March was started a year ago to this date...

I've always though he was closer to Jigsaw (from the movie Saw)

A year ago, this man decided he was going to "Play a Game" with pretty much everyone's life and see who survives to the end! So, when he first go into office...I've always thought of him as Jigsaw. So much that I even made a Meme of him as Jigsaw!

Do you want to play a game?

Apparently, he also has deep seeded mommy issues and really really doesn't it like it when a woman is given equal power. So, that brings us into the chapter, of this very long story, of why the Women are Marching...

The Horror of why we're here.

Picture this: Boardroom full of white men, who think they know more about women's bodies than the women know themselves.

Maybe it's because he has a small "Pence"...

So apparently they're all trying to compensate for something?

Moving on...

She does have a very, very good point...

These men do realize they were "Born" from a woman...Right?

I mean, are these men so insecure, that they have to continue to use a facet of things, in order to keep a woman under their foot, instead of letting them be as equals? Is the building of a wall to "Secure Our Borders", secret code that these men need to work on their own "Insecurity Issues"?

We do know at least one man who's has some insecurities issues...

Why can't we just realize (as a whole) that women are a HUGE part of our lives? They brought us into this world and like their signs say above...They can just as easily vote us out. Literally, with just the push of a button...

They'll even have time to take a nap. Efficient.

But seriously...

Is it to much to ask that they share equal power with us men?

Men...Do I really have to give you that answer?

Just in case...

Sigh...

No...It's not to much to ask...

So, in conclusion:

Not all men are fighting against women's equality and many of us are standing up for their equality...but for those men who still think that women just need to be barefoot and in the kitchen...well, that was the past.

We as human beings are now looking for a better future which will include women as equals.

So if you have a problem with it...

To bad...cause this is going to happen whether you like it or not...

So expect them and us, who support them, to RESIST until the day it changes.

After thought of why I fight along side women...

My Mom raised me by herself, which I'm sure was not an easy task.

She constantly protected me from harm and did everything she could to make sure I had a good life at the expense of her own.

When I was a small child, she literally saved my life when a semi rear-ended the vehicle we were in. I flew towards the front window from the back seat. Those were the days when seat belts and child seats were optional. She caught me by my ankle right before I hit the windshield.

I don't remember any of that...but I also wouldn't be typing this out right now, if it wasn't for her quick and instinctual actions.

I've always seen her as my protector but never knew how much she went through to do it.

I could tell you stories all day about how many times she's saved me from death...lol

Luckily, I've had a mom that cared enough for me to protect me along the way...She gave up a lot to give me more than what she had and I will always be thankful for that...

She's the reason I believe in Women's Rights. She's the reason I will stand with them and Fight.
