May 19th: 5th Annual Sacred Ponca Corn Planting

The fifth annual planting of Sacred Ponca Corn on land that crosses both the proposed path of Keystone XL, and the historic Ponca "Trail of Tears" will be held on Saturday, May 19th.
Read more about the Sacred Ponca Corn that has been restored on ancestral Ponca Tribe land after an absence of 137 years following the Tribe's forced removal from their lands by the U.S. government.
